Facility Usage

Shared Resources:

Shared facilities, equipment, and resources must be used responsibly and returned to their original state after use.

Any damage to property or equipment must be reported immediately.

Meeting Room Bookings:

Meeting room bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

Timely cancellations or modifications of meeting room bookings are required to avoid charges.

Fees and Payments
